The Oregon wine food tours is the industry's biggest advantage may be it's small size. Production in Oregon is on a small scale, which means that many of its producers remain relatively unknown. These small labels make some extraordinary wines, such as the 2005 Crystal Lake Rogue Valley Survivor's Syrah.
The story behind this oddly named wine is that former Friday the 13th star Adrienne King became the hospitality manager at Oregon's Valley View Winery, and a second label was born to celebrate her horror-film past. Yet this complex syrah is not just a novelty wine. It is a supple and smooth-bodied red that has undertones of pear and raspberry, along with hints of pepper and nuts that make it great for pairing with dishes that feature robust flavors. Another great Oregon wine for spring is the 2009 Ponzi Willamette Valley Pinot Gris. This vintage is full of bright citrus and floral scents with a refreshing acidity.

Holidays in Italy can be a fantastic and interesting adventure. Italy includes many great tourist spots, however, and for those tourists who are planning their Italy trip, it can be overwhelming when deciding where to go.
Most tourists visit the common major cities of Italy, although there are many other cities that can be just as fascinating. As the modern capital city of Italy, Rome is a primary destination for a lot of tourists. It includes plenty of cultural architecture, such as old churches, museums, fountains and monuments built in the Renaissance. The Vatican can also be found in Rome.
Another popular city to go to in Italy is Milan. Most tourists have heard of this city due to its popularity in the fashion world. It is one of Europe's wealthiest cities and includes many chic restaurants and unique Italian entertainment such as opera houses. Turin is also a great city to go to as it was the host of the 2006 Winter Olympics. Turin is a top spot for skiing as it is located at the foot of the Alps.
